The 2008 Lake Worth Street Painting Festival is Dedicated to
Honoring the Life of Barbara L. Carlisle 1938- 2007

Barbara L. Carlisle was a woman of exceptional intelligence and creativity with a great capacity for teaching, caring and loving. She lived a splendid, luminous, and electrical life.

Barbara performed, choreographed, and directed both for professional and university theatres and pursued a parallel career in the arts in education. In recent years she turned to video production and editing and made several short films one of them about the Lake Worth Street Painting Festival.

Her creative contributions and energetic spirit enriched and enhanced the Lake Worth Street Painting Festival and touched the lives of its committee members. Barbara we miss you and have been blessed to have known you. You will forever be a part of our lives.
